This is a comedy set in the Library office of a provincial newspaper where there is permanent and utter confusion and chaos matching the general life of its manageress Lucy, and her associates. Into this comes Lesley, a new young assistant with a passion for organisation. Disorder is quickly transformed into order in the office and into the lives of its inhabitants and visitors but at the expense of its character until an announcement that the newspaper is to close leads to an orgy and return to chaos!!
